观察社区高血压预防控制中健康教育的应用效果

目的对健康教育在社区高血压预防控制中的应用效果进行分析和探讨。方法90例高血压患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各45例。观察组在常规护理基础上同步接受社区健康教育,对照组仅接受常规护理。观察两组患者社区高血压预防控制效果。结果观察组血压控制总有效率为95.56%,显著高于对照组的75.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组饮食、遵医、作息、锻炼、总分分别为(4.23±1.31)、(4.10±1.77)、(4.33±1.57)、(4.18±1.21)、(16.84±1.63)分,均高于对照组的(3.00±1.20)、(3.34±0.90)、(3.10±1.13)、(3.12±1.34)、(12.56±1.25)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对服务态度、健康教育和综合能力的满意度分别为97.78%、95.56%、95.56%,高于对照组的86.67%、80.00%、73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育在社区高血压预防控制中有积极应用效果,能够提升患者高血压自我管理水平,提高患者血压控制有效率。

Observation the effect of health education on prevention and control of hypertension in community

Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of health education on prevention and control of hypertension in community.Methods A total of 90 hypertension patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group received community health education on the basis of conventional nursing,while the control group only received conventional nursing.The effect of community hypertension prevention and control were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of blood pressure control of the observation group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 75.56%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diet,medical compliance,work and rest,exercise and total score of the observation group were(4.23±1.31),(4.10±1.77),(4.33±1.57),(4.18±1.21)and(16.84±1.63)points,which were all higher than those of the control group(3.00±1.20),(3.34±0.90),(3.10±1.13),(3.12±1.34)and(12.56±1.25)points.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of self-management of the observation group was(18.02±1.63)points,which was higher than that of the control group(13.67±1.25)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree on service attitude,health education and comprehensive ability of the observation group were 97.78%,95.56%and 95.56%respectively,which were all higher than those of the control group 86.67%,80.00%and 73.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education has a positive effect on the prevention and control of hypertension in the community.It can improve the self-management level of hypertension patients and their efficiency of blood pressure control.
