| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨齐拉西酮与奥氮平治疗首发精神分裂症效果。方法:以2017年1月至2017年12月收治84例患者为研究对象,等分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予奥氮平,观察组给予齐拉西酮。对比两组治疗效果。结果:两组患者疗效、不良反应、心肌酶谱水平、神经递质水平、血脂血糖变化程度、阳性症状和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、个人和社会功能量表(PSP)评分对比,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:齐拉西酮对于首发精神分裂症,疗效显著,安全性极高。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of ziprasidone and olanzapine in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia. Methods: 84 patients were treated from January 2017 to December 2017, and were divided into control group and observation group. Olanzapine was given to the control group and ziprasidone was given to the observation group. Compare the effects of the two groups. Results: The efficacy, adverse reactions, myocardial enzyme level, neurotransmitter level, blood lipid and blood glucose changes, PANSS and PSP scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Ziprasidone is effective and safe for first-episode schizophrenia. |
