吴茱萸汤加减联合低频脉冲电仪治疗脑卒中后顽固性呃逆临床研究

目的:观察吴茱萸汤联合低频脉冲电仪治疗与单纯西药治疗脑卒中后顽固性呃逆的临床疗效差异。方法:按照随机数表法将86例脑卒中后顽固性呃逆患者分为对照组(西药常规治疗甲氧氯普胺片和盐酸乙哌立松片,n=43)和观察组(吴茱萸汤加减联合低频脉冲电仪,n=43)。观察两组患者在治疗前后发作次数与发作持续时间、洼田饮水试验表达情况,评估中医症候积分,比较不良反应发生率差异。结果:治疗7 d 1个疗程后,发作次数与发作持续时间、中医症候积分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05); 观察组洼田饮水试验分级明显高于对照组(P<0.05); 对照组不良反应发生率为25.58%(11/43),观察组用药治疗期间未见不良反应,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吴茱萸汤联合低频脉冲电仪能够明显改善脑卒中后顽固性呃逆患者中医症候积分,缩短发作次数与持续时间,对呃逆吞咽障碍功能效果更好,并在很大程度上降低患者不良反应事件的发生。

Clinical observation of Wuzhuyu decoction combined with low frequency pulse electrograph in the treatment of intractable hiccup after stroke

Objective:To observe the difference of clinical efficacy between Wuzhuyu decoction combined with low frequency pulse electrocardiograph and western medicine alone in the treatment of intractable hiccup after stroke.Methods:According to the random number table method,86 patients with intractable hiccup after stroke who met the study conditions were divided into the control group(conventional western medicine metoclopramide tablets and eperisone hydrochloride tablets,n=43)and the observation group(Wuzhuyu decoction combined with low frequency pulse electrometer,n=43).To observe the frequency and duration of attacks before and after treatment,and the expression of drinking water test in low-lying areas,evaluate the TCM syndrome score,and compare the differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:After a course of treatment for 7 days,the number of attacks,duration of attacks and scores of TCM syndromes decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The grade of drinking water test in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 25.58%(11/43),and no adverse reactions were observed during the treatment in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Wuzhuyu decoction combined with low-frequency pulse electrocardiograph can significantly improve the score of TCM symptoms in patients with intractable hiccup after stroke,shorten the frequency and duration of attacks,have better effect on the function of hiccup swallowing disorder,and reduce the incidence of adverse events in patients to a large extent.
