保元汤合人参补肺汤加减治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期疗效研究

目的:探讨保元汤合人参补肺汤加减治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期肺肾气阴两虚证的疗效。方法:将134例COPD稳定期患者随机分为对照组(n=67)和观察组(n=67)。对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予保元汤合人参补肺汤加减治疗。连续治疗12周后,比较两组肺功能、临床症状和肺肾气阴两虚证评分、临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组的改良版英国医学研究委员会呼吸问卷(mMRC)、慢性阻塞性肺疾病自我评估测试问卷(CAT)、肺肾气阴两虚证评分均低于症状对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。与对照组相比,观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组。结论:在西医常规治疗基础上,给予保元汤合人参补肺汤加减治疗老年COPD稳定期肺肾气阴两虚证,能够有效改善患者肺功能、生活质量,临床疗效较好。

Efficacy study of Baoyuan decoction and Renshen Bufei decoction in treating stable period of senile chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective:To observe efficacy of Baoyuan decoction and Renshen Bufei decoction in treating stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients with Feishen Qiyin Liangxu syndrome.Methods:134 patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into control group(n=67)and observation group(n=67).The control group received conventional western medicine treatment.The observation group was additionally treated with Baoyuan decoction and Renshen Bufei decoction.After 12 weeks treatment,lung function,clinical symptoms,Feishen Qiyin Liangxu syndrome,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,scores of improved the medical research council respiratory questionnaire(mMRC),COPD self assessment questionnaire(CAT),scores of symptoms of Feishen Qiyin Liangxu syndrome in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.01).Compared with the control group,clinical total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,Baoyuan decoction and Renshen Bufei decoction given to patients with stable stage of COPD of Feishen Qiyin Liangxu syndrome can effectively improve the lung function and quality of life of the patients.
