内在科研动机和内隐智力信念在团队氛围与护理硕士研究生创造力间的中介调节作用

摘    要:目的 探讨团队氛围对护理硕士研究生创造力的影响,以及内在科研动机和内隐智力信念在两者之间的中介和调节作用。方法 采用便利抽样法抽取山东省6所院校的305名护理硕士研究生作为研究对象,采用个人环境匹配创造力量表、团队氛围量表、内在科研动机量表以及内隐智力信念问卷进行调查。采用 SPSS 23.0宏程序Process进行有调节的中介效应分析。结果 护理硕士研究生的创造力得分为(52.39±6.14)分;团队氛围对创造力有正向预测作用(β=0.366, P<0.001);内在科研动机在团队氛围与创造力之间具有部分中介作用,中介效应占37.8%;内隐智力信念对中介模型的前半路径具有正向调节作用(β=0.117, P<0.05)。结论 护理硕士研究生的创造力处于中等偏上水平,内在科研动机在团队氛围与创造力之间起部分中介作用,内隐智力信念可增强团队氛围对内在科研动机的影响。建议护理教育者应重视团队氛围的培养,并采取有效措施提高学生的内隐智力信念,增强其内在科研动机,从而提升创造力水平。

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of team climate on the creativity of nursing postgraduates and to investigate the mediating effect of intrinsic research motivation and implicit theories of intelligence on the relationship between team climate and the creativity of nursing postgraduates. Methods The study included a convenience sample of 305 nursing postgraduates from 6 universities in Shandong province. The survey was conducted by using the Person Environment Fit Scale for Creativity, the Team Climate Inventory, the Intrinsic Research Motivation Scale and the Implicit Theories of Intelligence Scale. The mediating effect was analyzed by SPSS 23.0 and Process macro. Results The creativity score of nursing postgraduateswas 52.39±6.14. Team climate had a positive predictive effect on the creativity (β=0.366, P<0.001). Intrinsic research motivation was a partial mediator between team climate and creativity, accounting for 37.8% of the total effect. Implicit theories of intelligence had a positive moderating effect on the first half path of the mediation model (β=0.117, P<0.05). Conclusion The creativity of nursing postgraduates is above the average. Intrinsic research motivation partially mediates the relationship between team climate and creativity, and the implicit theories of intelligence enhances the influence of team climate on intrinsic research motivation. It is recommended that nursing educators pay more attention to the cultivation of team climate, and take effective measures to improve implicit theories of intelligence of nursing postgraduates, so as to enhance their intrinsic research motivation and optimize their creativity.
