摘    要:目的 通过16s r RNA测序对婴儿早期肠道菌群进行肠型分类,探究婴儿肠型与生长发育的关联。方法 收集2020年1—8月间58例正常足月新生儿第90 d的粪便,进行16s r RNA测序,同时收集对应时间点其生长发育状况。结果根据菌群分析结果将其分为以双歧杆菌属(Bifidobacterium)、志贺杆菌属(Escherichia.shigella)、狭义梭菌属(Clostridium_sensu_stricto 1)为优势菌属的3种肠型,肠型1包括34名婴儿,肠型2包括8名婴儿,肠型3包括16名婴儿。在一般情况中,肠型1的平均胎龄低于肠型2(P<0.05)。在生长发育水平上,肠型1对应的身长增长率高于肠型2(P<0.05),并且志贺菌属的相对丰度与身长增长率呈负相关(r=-0.275,P<0.05)。结论 成都地区3月龄婴儿存在3种肠型,不同肠型对应的生长发育存在差异,并且志贺杆菌属的相对丰度与生长发育呈负相关性。

Abstract:Objective To classify intestinal types of early infantile intestinal flora by 16srRNA sequencing and to explore the relationship of intestinal types with infants’ growth and development. Methods The feces of 58 normal full-term newborns on the 90th day from January to August 2020 were collected and sequenced by 16srRNA, and their growth and development data were collected at the same time. Results According to the results of flora analysis, they were divided into three intestinal types, including Bifidobacterium, Escherichia. Shigella, and Clostridium_sensu_stricto1. Intestinal type 1 included 34 infants, intestinal type 2 included 8 infants, and intestinal type 3 included 16 infants. In general, the average gestational age of intestinal type 1 was lower than that of intestinal type 2 (P<0.05). In terms of growth and development, the growth rate of body length of intestinal type 1 was higher than that of intestinal type 2 (P<0.05), and the relative abundance of Shigella was negatively correlated with the growth rate of body length (r=0.275, P<0.05). Conclusion There are three intestinal types in 3-month-old infants in Chengdu, and there are differences in growth and development among different intestinal types. The relative abundance of Escherichia. Shigella is inversely correlated with growth and development.
