肝癌术后患者出院指导质量调查分析

目的：了解肝癌患者出院指导质量的现状,为进一步提高出院指导质量提供参考。方法：采用一般资料调查表和出院指导质量量表对上海市某三级甲等医院的184例肝癌术后患者进行调查。结果：肝癌术后患者出院指导质量总分为(149.58±25.09)分,需要的出院指导内容总分为(37.48±17.66)分,获得的出院指导内容总分为(43.70±11.88)分,指导技巧及效果维度得分为(105.88±15.83)分;出院时不适症状和术后天数影响肝癌术后患者出院指导质量 (P<0.05)。结论：肝癌术后出院指导内容可基本满足患者及家属需要,出院指导内容仍需丰富,指导技巧及效果有待提高。针对肝癌术后患者出院指导质量的主要因素采取相应措施,以提高其出院指导质量。

Investigation and analysis of the quality of discharge guidance for patients with liver cancer after operation

Objective:To understand the current situation of discharge guidance in liver cancerpatients and provide reference for further improving the quality. Methods: 184cases of postoperative patients with liver cancer in a tertiary A hospital inShanghai were selected by convenience sampling method and investigated bygeneral information questionnaire and discharge guidance quality scale.Results: The total score of discharge guidance quality was 149.58 ± 25.09, the score of needcontent was 37.48±17.66, the score of obtained contentwas 43.70 ± 11.88, and the score of guidance skill andeffect dimension was 105.88±15.83. The differences werestatistically significant in discharge guidance quality between patients withand without discomfort symptoms, and between patients with different durationof postoperative stay（P<0.05）. Conclusion: The content of discharge guidance after liver canceroperation can basically meet the needs of patients and their families. However,the content of discharge guidance still needs to be enriched, and the skillsand effects still need to be improved. According to the main affecting factors,we should take corresponding measures to improve the quality ofdischarge guidance.
