| 摘 要： | 应用灵龟八法合特定穴针刺治疗急性脑卒中后下肢运动功能障碍，对患者免疫功能进行对比研究。实验结果表明，急性脑卒中患者的CD3、CD4、CD4／CD8低于正常人平均水平，CD8高于正常人水平，治疗后治疗组CD3、CD4、CD4／CD8明显升高，CD8明显降低。结果提示：灵龟八法合特定穴针刺能明显地改善免疫功能，提高机体的免疫水平。

| Abstract: | Miraculous Turtle Eight Meridians Method combined with acupuncturing special acupoints were used to treat with posterior legs dysfunction in acute cerebral apoplexy(ACA)and the immunological functions were studied comparatively.The results showed that the levels of CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 in ACA were lower than that in normal subjects while CD8 higher.The levels of CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 were obviously increased while CD8 decreased.It indicates that Miraculous Turtle Eight Meridians Method combined with acupuncturing special acupoints may obviously improve immunological functions. |
