| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨顽固性肱骨外上髁炎的治疗有效手术方法。方法：对41例43臂顽固性肱骨外上髁炎进行显微松解、切断微神经支手术，同时对45例48臂进行封闭术治疗。结果：经随访13月，3年1月，显微组治愈率90．1％，封闭组治愈率25．0％，二组方法疗效有显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论：对顽固性肱骨外上髁炎进行显微松解、切断微神经支，术后早期活动可取得明显临床效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To expiore a safe and effective method for treatment of severe tennis elbow.Methods:41 cases(43arms) of severe tennis elbow were treated with microsurgery.And 45 cases(48 arms) of severe tennis elbow were treated withhyoro-acupuncture.Results:All cases were followed-up period were between on 13 months-3 years and 1 months.Of them,theexcellent rate was 90.1% for microsurgery group,and 25.0% for hyoro-acupuncture group,which showed significant differencebetween the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Using microsurgical teachniques in the severe tennis elbow with early protectedpassive motion have got good results. |
