| 摘 要： | 目的 :建立荔枝核及其制剂中原儿茶酸的含量测定方法。方法 :以高效液相色谱法测定荔枝核及其制剂中原儿茶酸的含量 ,使用SpherisorbC18 柱 ,以乙腈 -水 (15∶85)为流动相 ,检测波长为260nm。结果 :该方法线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为100 % ,RSD为2 % (n=5)。结论 :该方法精度高 ,分离度、重复性良好 ,结果准确、可靠 ,可用于荔枝核制剂的质量控制 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To develop the method for determination of the contents of protocatechuic acid in Litchi seed and its preparations.METHODS:The contents of protocatechuic acid were determined by HPLC with Spherisorb C18 column as stationary phase and acetonitrile-water(15∶18) as mobile phase and λ 260nm as detection wavelength.RESULTS:The calibration curve was linear in this experiment.The average recovery was 100% with RSD of 2%(n=5).CONCLUSION:This method is high in precision and satisfactory in isolation and repeatability,the result is accurate.It may be adopted for quality control of Litchi seed preparations. |
