| 摘 要： | 目的 分析儿童肱骨远端骨折的CT三维重建应用价值.方法 42例儿童肱骨远端骨折患者行X线,CT扫描三维重建,并与X线正侧位对照.结果 42例患者X线显示30例,而通过CT扫描三维重建均能显示.CT三维重建的检出率有显著意义(P＜0.01).结论 CT扫描三维重建为儿童肱骨远端骨折患者早期诊治的一种准确的放射检查手段.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse and evaluate the effect of CT scanning and threeD reconstruction of children humeral distal end fracture.Methods The information of 42 children humeral distal end fracture was collected by CT scanning and three-D reconstruction.The results were compared with the X-ray information of all children.Result All 42 cases were displayed by three-D reconstruction,and 30 cases by X-ray.Statistical analysis showed that there were significant difference between three-D reconstruction and X-ray(P<0.01).Conclusion CT scanning and three dimensional reconstruction is an effective and valuable early diagnostic method of children humeral distal end fracture. |
