异常J波与临床意义的探讨

目的:探讨J波与心血管病及心律失常的关系。方法:总结我院110例心电图出现J波患者资料与临床资料进行对比。结果:110例J波患者中心血管患者与非心血管患者分别为21/110例、89/110例,伴发心律失常者6例;110例患者顿挫型占21例,尖峰型占89例,伴发心律失常分别为4/21例及2/89例。结论:J波为常见心电现象,顿挫型J波或驼峰型J波且伴有器质性心脏病者多诊断为异常J波,对于这种J波无论有无严重临床症状均应警惕致命性心律失常的发生。

Discussion Between Abnormal J Wave and Clinic Significance

Objective Discussion the relationship between J wave and angiocardiopathy,arrhythmia. Methods Contrast patients and clinic data of 110 cases with abnormal J wave electrocardiogram. Results The percents in 110 cases of angiocardiopathy and no-angiocardiopathy are 21/110 and 89/110 respectively. There are 21 cases of abortive type and 89 cases of overshoot type in 110 cases, the occurrences of arrhythmia are 4/21 and 2/89 in the two types respectively. Conclusion J wave is the common electrocardio-phenomenon, but abnormal J wave is diagnosed by the characters of abortive type or overshoot type J wave with organic heart disease. So we should guard the fate arrhythmia occurrence with these types J wave whether serious clinical symptom would be occurred.
