| 摘 要： | 目的观察联合应用阿托伐他汀和二甲双胍治疗混合性高脂血症的疗效及安全性。方法选择混合性高脂血症患者168例,随机分为二组:(A)阿托伐他汀组80例,(B)阿托伐他汀和二甲双胍联合治疗组88例。观察治疗前和治疗后12w的TC、TG、LDL-C及HDL-C的血清浓度变化。结果联合治疗组治疗后TC、LDL-C、TG三项较单药治疗组更易达标,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论对于混合性高脂血症患者,阿托伐他汀联合二甲双胍治疗较阿托伐他汀单药治疗能更有效地使TC、LDL-C、TG达标,而且联合应用治疗混合性高脂血症价廉、安全、有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects and safety of atorvastatin combines with dimethyl biguanide in patients with combined hyperlipidemia. Methods 168 patients with combined hyperlipidemia were randomized into two groups: group A and group B.Group A (80 cases)were administered atorvastatin 20mg/d,while group B (88 cases) 20mg/d and dimethyl biguanide 0.25g, 3time/d. The total period of treatment was 12 weeks. Results In both of two groups, serum total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and lipoprotein cholesterol (TG) were decreased significantly, however patients in group B was better than group A (P<0.01). Conclusion In patients with combined hyperlipidemia,the efficacy of serum TC, LDL-C and TG decreased by giving atorvastatin 20mg/d and dimethyl biguanide 0.25g, 3 time/d was better than atorvastatin 20mg/d. No serious side effects were found in both two groups. |
