| Abstract: | Rose bengal plate test with rough antigen was used in the diagnosis of canine brucellosis, 2-mercaptoethanal and staphylocococal protein A modified sera were also used in the tests for quantitative analyses. Results showed that rose bengal plate test was a sensitive and specific method for the diagnosis of canine brucellosis. |
