眼眶植物性异物38例临床分析

目的 总结眼眶植物性异物的临床表现、影像检查特点及治疗效果。方法 对38例眼眶植物性异物的临床资料进行统计分析。结果 38例中平均年龄23岁，14岁以下11例，占28．95％，45岁以下35例，占93．11％。中小学生、农民、木工共32例，占84．15％。有眼眶瘘管形成者22例，占57．89％。B型超声、CT检查可有异常发现，能够提示异物存在分别为55．26％和44．74％。5例行Mill检查均能清晰显示异物。38例均经手术取出异物，眼眶瘘管在手术后治愈。结论 眼眶植物性异物存留易引起眼眶感染和瘘管形成。影像检查异物显示率较低，MRI优于CT和超声。手术取出异物并切除瘘管，疗效确切。

Clinical Analysis of 38 Cases with Wooden Orbital Foreign Body

Objective To summarize the characteristics of clinical findings and imaging examination, and to evaluate treatment effect in wooden orbital foreign body. Methods The clinical data of 38 cases with wooden orbital foreign body were reviewed and analysed. Results Among 38 cases, average age was 23 years, under 14 years in 11 cases(28.95%), under 45 years in 35 cases (93.11%). Students, peasants, and carpienters were dangerous persons(84.15%). The formation of orbital fistula was in 22 cases(57.89%). Bultrasonography showed existance of foreign body in 55.26%, and CT was in 44.74%; MRI displayed foreign body in 5 cases. Foreign bodies were taken out by operation in all 38 cases and orbital fistula were removed simultaneously. Conclusion Traumatic history, ocular sign, especially the existance of orbital fistula and imaging examination must be analysed synthetically to make properl diagnosis. The fistula must be cut out when the foreign body is taken out in order to be cured thoroughly.
