| 摘 要： | 目的 建立夏天无药材的高效液相指纹图谱,为夏天无的鉴别及质量控制提供依据.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,对不同产地的夏天无药材中的成分进行指纹图谱研究.结果 高效液相色谱指纹图谱中多数组分可以达到较好的分离,共得到11个共有峰,13批样品的相似度较好.结论 本方法具有较好的稳定性,精密度和重复性,所建立的指纹图谱可用于夏天...
