摘    要:本区卫生信访工作以加强和创新社会管理理论为指导,遵循中共中央"三个最大限度"的总要求,从建立医疗纠纷投诉处理机制,医患矛盾排查分析、干预机制和多元化医患纠纷调处机制入手,探索有效防范、处理医患纠纷的方法。

Abstract:In recent years,According to the theory of enhancing and innovating social management and the general requirement of Chairman Hu,we established various mechanisms of medical complaint,hidden danger investigation,analyzing,intervening and mediating doctor-patient dispute,explored some methods of resolving doctor-patient conflicts and promoting a harmonious relationship.
