| Abstract: | In recent years,According to the theory of enhancing and innovating social management and the general requirement of Chairman Hu,we established various mechanisms of medical complaint,hidden danger investigation,analyzing,intervening and mediating doctor-patient dispute,explored some methods of resolving doctor-patient conflicts and promoting a harmonious relationship. |
