临床路径实施中的困境与对策

通过对临床路径实施情况分析,提出实施过程中存在的费用结算机制不适应、标准缺乏、绩效机制待改进,以及信息系统不配套等因素,都影响着临床路径的实施和效果。提出在目前宏观体制环境下,要改进付费方法,制定相应的标准,建立相应的激励机制,才能使临床路径得以顺畅实施。
