| 摘 要： | 目的 考察盐酸表阿霉素长循环热敏脂质体对Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠的药效学.方法 建立小鼠皮下Lewis肺癌肿瘤模型,静脉给药,盐酸表阿霉素注射液及盐酸表阿霉素长循环非热敏脂质体作为阳性对照,氯化钠注射液为阴性对照.绘制肿瘤生长曲线,计算各组肿瘤抑制率并进行肿瘤切片组织病理学检查.结果 各给药组肿瘤重量与阴性对照组肿瘤重量...
