| 摘 要： | 本文选取军队医改实施前后两个时间段的住院患者数据进行统计分析,分析医改对军队住院患者就医的影响;发现医改后军人收容与出院人次数量维持稳定,比例有所增加,职工家属则不断减少;医改后军人与职工、家属的平均住院日呈现一定程度地缩短;在住院费用方面,军人的人均费用出现增加,职工、家属的人均费用维持一定水平,其中主要是军人的药品费、材料费较医改前明显增加,因此军队医改实现了重点医疗保障的目的,更好地为军队住院患者服务。
