摘    要:目的 分析短瓣金莲花中挥发油的成分.方法 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取短瓣金莲花中的挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用法测定并分析其化学组成.结果 鉴定出17个化学成分,面积归一化法总计含量为70%,占色谱总面积的70%.结论 本实验为短瓣金莲花的综合利用开发提供了实验依据.

Abstract:Objective To analyze the volatile constituents of Trollius ledebouri Reichb.Methods The chemical components of essential oil from Trollius ledebouri Reichb were extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Results Seventeen kinds of chemical components were identified.The relative area was 70%.Conclusion The result provides valuable reference for the development and utilization of Trollius ledebouri Reichb.
