| 摘 要： | 目的探讨食管癌患者围术期的护理方法,以期能够减轻患者的手术应激反应及减少并发症的发生。方法选择2009年2月至2010年8月在郑州大学附属肿瘤医院胸外科治疗的40例食管癌患者为研究对象。遵循快速康复外科理念,采用术前教育、维持术中术后正常体温、术后有效的镇痛、限制液体输入、加强各种引流管的护理、术后早期活动与早期进食等措施。结果本组患者中术后发生呼吸道感染2例、切口感染2例、心律失常1例。住院天数7～16d,平均(9.5±3.8)d;住院费用2～4.5万元,平均(2.8±0.8)万元。所有患者术后均是停止临床支持和干预达到临床出院标准予以出院,无出院再反院者。结论 应用快速康复外科理念对食管癌患者进行围术期护理,促进了患者术后康复,值得临床推广。
