传染病医院和综合性医院护士的工作压力、主观幸福感及影响因素

目的调查传染病医院和综合性医院护士工作压力、主观幸福感及其影响因素,以期为提高护理人员的工作积极性提供依据。方法便利抽样法选择2009-2010年杭州市一家大型综合性医院和一家传染病医院的护理人员302名,采用幸福感量表、中国护士压力量表和一般情况问卷对其进行问卷调查。结果传染病医院护士工作压力量表得分为(97.67±18.67)分,高于综合性医院护士的(88.97±20.85)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);传染病医院护士的主观幸福感得分为(9.13±2.01)分,低于综合性医院护士的(9.84±1.92)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两个医院的护士工作压力、主观幸福感的影响因素不同。结论传染病医院护士工作压力与主观幸福感因素主要源于疾病传染的风险、职业暴露的危险和消毒设施对身体的伤害,管理者必须引起重视。
