摘    要:目的 建立非水毛细管电泳法同时测定胃肠宁片中巴马汀、小檗碱和药根碱的含量.方法 以75 mmol/L醋酸铵甲醇溶液(pH 6.5)为电泳介质,运行电压15 kV,压力进样5s,柱温25℃,检测波长260 nm.结果 该方法能使3种药物在16 min内得到完全分离,巴马汀、小檗碱和药根碱分别在1.494~19.92 mg...

Determination of Palmatine Berberine and Jatrorrhizine in Weichangning Tablets By Non-aqueous Capillary Electrophoresis

Abstract:Objective To establish a non-aqueous capillary electrophoresis method for the separation and determination of palmatine, berberine and jatrorrhizine in Weichangning Tablets. Methods The runing buffer was 75 mmol/L ammonium acetate (pH 6.5 ) ,the running voltage was 15 kV. The detection temperature was 25℃and the detection wavelength was set at 260 nm. Results Linearity was obtained over the range of 1. 494-19.92 mg/L( r = 0.9994)for palmatine,l.485-19.8 mg/L ( r =0.9990) for berberine and 1.53-20.35 mg/L( r =0.9995) for jutrorrhizine. The average recovery was 99.4% (RSD = 0.4% ) for palmatine, 100.5% (RSD = 0.6% ) for berberine and 101.4% (RSD = 0.3% ) for jatrorrhizine, respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and reproducible. It is successfully employed for the determination of palmatine, berberine and jatrorrhizine in Weichangning Tablets.
