| 摘 要： | 目的了解临床护理实习生对心理咨询的认知及态度。方法采用自行编制的心理咨询调查表,于2010年6月至2011年5月采用便利抽样方法抽取在广东省人民医院实习的护理专业学生160名进行调查。结果 78.13%的护生希望学校开设心理学课程,而只有36.88%的护生认为有进行实习的必要;尽管有60%的护生认识到心理咨询有助人和自助的作用,但不论是大专生还是本科生,对心理咨询对象及具体内容的认识均存在一定程度的片面性;实习护生对心理咨询的接受程度不容乐观,如有65%的护生觉得去心理咨询很丢脸;选择毕业后去精神病专科医院或综合医院的心理精神科及社区精神卫生保健中心的实习护生比例较低;相对而言,本科护生毕业后愿意选择精神卫生专业的比例高于专科护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护理实习生对心理咨询的认知和态度不容乐观,应加强护理学生心理卫生相关知识和技能的教育、正确引导学生的价值观和择业观以及培养精神卫生专科护士等来稳定和发展精神科护理队伍。 |
