| 摘 要： | 军事训练向信息化转变是中央军委对军队训练的总体要求,院校作为军事训练变革的先行者,必须站在全局角度率先垂范,积极推动信息化建设的进展。本文结合第本校信息化建设的实践,对"一个核心,五个要素,一个确保"的建设理念进行阐述,对军队院校信息化条件下的人才培养和平台建设模式提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Informationization reform of the military training is the general request from Central Military Commission.As the pioneer of the reform,military academies should promote the informationization reform and construction in an overall prospective.The article elaborated the concept of the informational construction on the basis of practical experiences from the Second Military Medical University,and provides references on personnel training and informational platform construction for military academies. |
