腭裂伴先天性心脏病患儿的护理

目的探讨腭裂合并先天性心脏病患儿的护理方法。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2010年12月在上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院小儿颌面外科治疗的56例腭裂伴先天性心脏病患儿的临床资料,并总结其护理方法。结果 56例患儿都在全身麻醉下行腭裂修补术,无一例患儿发生心血管方面的并发症。术后切口均为一期愈合,所有患儿术后3～5d出院;手术后1个月随访,无一例患儿出现心功能不全、肺部感染等并发症。结论 术前做好充分的准备工作,术后加强病情观察、完善饮食护理等,是手术成功的基础。

Nursing for Children with Cleft Palate and Congenital Heart Disease
