| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determination of 6-Gingerol in shenjiang liniment by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods Kromasil C18 （250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） and the mixture of acetonitrile-methanol-water （40： 5： 55） were used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 280 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, with the column temperature at 35℃. Results The linear range of 6-Gingerol was 5.08- 30.48 μg/ml（ r =0. 9999）. The average recovery was 97.08% ,and RSD was 0. 76%. Conclution This methood is simple, accurate and sensitive. |
