| 摘 要： | 本文从医疗损害鉴定的"二元化"出现的源头入手,分析两种鉴定存在的差异和问题,提出建立统一的鉴定制度、鉴定结论接受质证、建立严格的责任制度和监督机制等措施,探讨有效解决医疗损害鉴定的"二元化"的方法。

| Abstract: | The article mainly focused on the source of the two identifications of medical damage,and analyzed the differences and problems of the both.Finally,the author gave some suggestions on solving these problems,which included establishing unified identification system,the result of identification receives other verification,setting serious responsibility and supervising system. |
