| 摘 要： | 目的分析压疮发生特点,探讨有效的压疮管理方法。方法回顾性分析上海长海医院2006-2009年压疮传报结果。结果 4年间共收治住院患者182 752例,发生压疮1 123例,发生率为0.614%。发生压疮者以院外带入为主,院内压疮发生主要集中在急诊科、骨科、神经科等科室,且为多部位联合发生。结论建立科学、规范的压疮管理制度能有效预防并控制压疮的发生。 |
