| 摘 要： | 目的应用Orem自理理论对社区高血压患者进行护理干预,以提高患者的自理能力,有效控制患者的血压。方法应用Orem自理理论对某社区175例高血压患者进行为期1年的护理干预,观察干预前后患者高血压相关知识知晓率、健康行为方式、规范药物治疗率、血压控制率等指标的变化。结果干预后患者相关知识知晓率、健康行为方式、规范药物治疗率、血压控制率等明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 Orem自理模式能提高社区高血压患者自理能力,有效控制患者高血压,改善患者生活质量,建议在社区高血压护理干预中推广应用。
