| 摘 要： | 本文从特勤人员疗养需要入手,分析特勤人员疗养面临的形势和现状,提出特勤人员疗养的必要性。认为特勤人员必须有计划地安排健康疗养,达到消除疲劳、恢复体能,维护健康,巩固和提高部队战斗力的目的。疗养院应加强特勤疗养的建设和研究,积极探索特勤疗养管理的新模式,为特勤疗养建设和改革提供理论支持。
