医院床位规模及利用的分析评价

目的对15所医院2009年度医院的病床利用情况及实际病床规模设置的合理性进行探讨,为医院科学设置病床规模、提高病床利用效率提供参考。方法应用秩和比法(RSR)和病床工作效率指标对医院病床利用情况和病床设置合理性进行综合评价。结果 2009年度大多医院病床设置基本合理,利用情况较好,少数医院存在病床规模设置与利用不合理的情况。结论医院应注意病床使用率、病床周转次数要保持适当的比例关系,合理配置病床资源,提高病床利用效率。

Analysis and Appraisal on Bed Scale and Utilization in Hospital
