| 摘 要： | 目的通过对在职团职疗养员身心健康的护理干预,达到增进部队官兵身心健康、提高军事素质、增强部队战斗力的目的。方法通过对来院98名团职疗养员身心健康需求情况进行问卷调查,了解其身心健康需求,并给予相应的护理干预,对干预前后身心健康情况进行比较。结果通过对疗养员护理干预前后身心健康需求比较,干预后身心健康状况明显好于干预前(P<0.01)。结论在职团职疗养员由于工作及心理压力大,身心健康受到一定影响,通过对其进行针对性的护理干预,使其身心调整到较理想的状态,以良好的精神面貌和健康的体魄重新投入工作,为军队战斗力再生提供有力保障。
