| 摘 要： | 目的分析探讨医院船援外医疗服务模式建设。方法通过对"和谐使命-2010",以及外军医院船活动总结分析,提出援外医疗计划任务、突发任务二种模式,对不同模式的要求和建设进行系统分析总结。结果针对不同模式要求,建立健全卫勤任务预案系统、人装模块建管机制、院船结合训练考评是完全可行的有效的。结论医院船援外医疗服务模式可循、要求可据、建设可鉴,不断探索特点规律,加强针对性建设准备,必将有力提升医院船遂行援外医疗任务能力。
