| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨瞬时弹性成像(FibroSan)检测对肝硬化腹水的预测作用.方法 选择2009年12月-2010年6月于解放军302医院行FibroScan检测的651例肝硬化患者,其中肝硬化合并腹水(均为初次发生腹水者)185例,无腹水466例.获取FibroScan值,分析其在乙肝肝硬化、丙肝肝硬化及其他肝硬化中的差别....
