血栓弹力图对急性缺血性脑卒中治疗的监测

分析８０例急性缺血性脑卒中抗栓治疗后的疗效与血栓弹力图监测的关系，以及经抗栓治疗无效的１３例患者改用抗凝治疗后疗效与血栓弹力图监测的关系。结果：经常规抗栓治疗后，有效率为６６．２５％，血液高凝状态无显著改变，与急性脑卒中的自然恢复率相近。经抗凝治疗后，有效率为１００％，血液高凝状态明显降低。表明血栓弹力图不仅是监测血液凝固状态的一种手段，而且可以指导急性缺血性脑卒中的治疗。

Significance of TEG Monitoring for Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke

The relationship between antithrombotic treatment and thrombelastogram(TEG)monitoring in 80 cases with acute ischemic stroke was studied, and the relationship between anticoagulative treatment and TEG monitoring in 13 of 80 cases who did not respond to antithrombotic treatment was also studied.The results revealed that the effective rate of routine antithrombotic treatment was 66.25% which was similar to the natural recovery rate of acute stroke.Their hypercoagulative status was unchanged.On the other hand,while the effective rate of anticoagulative treatment was 100%,Their hypercoagulative status was much decreased.Our results suggest that TEG is not only a good method for monitoring blood coagulative status,but can also indicate treatment of acute ischemic stroke.
