| 摘 要： | 目的探讨循证心理护理对孕产妇的影响。方法将200例孕产妇随机分成观察组和对照组，各100例。对照组给予常规心理护理和医疗措施，观察组采用循证心理护理方法。结果观察组干预后的心率、血压和焦虑评分下降值明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义，均P〈0．01（t=7．995，8．209，6．424，19．688）。观察组产妇在分娩方式选择和新生儿Apgars评分方面明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义，均P〈0．05或〈0．01（X^2=6．531，43．902）。结论循证心理护理可改善孕产妇生理和心理状况，提高分娩质量，促进母婴健康。
