北京市顺义区暗娼艾滋病知识及危险行为动态分析

目的了解北京市顺义区2006—2008年娱乐场所暗娼人群艾滋病知识知晓和安全套使用情况,为在该人群中开展艾滋病防控提供科学依据。方法通过面对面问卷调查,收集暗娼人口学、艾滋病知识及安全套使用资料并进行分析。结果2006—2008年共调查暗娼280人,不同年份人口学构成方面差异无统计学意义;关于"艾滋病经性传播的预防措施"的2项在不同年份有统计学差异(χ2=7.527,P0.05;χ2=15.283,P0.05);但最近1个月和最近1次商业性行为安全套使用情况无统计学差异。结论暗娼年龄偏小,文化程度较低,流动性强,虽然关于经性传播艾滋病知识知晓率在逐年升高,但商业性行为时安全套每次使用率较低,应深入开展更具实效的艾滋病宣传教育和推广使用安全套活动。

Dynamic Analysis of AIDS Knowledge and Risk Behaviors among Female Sex Workers

Objective]To understand the AIDS knowledge and condom use among female sex workers （FSWs） in entertainment places of Shunyi District of Beijing City during 2006—2008,and provide scientific evidence for carrying out AIDS control in this population.Methods]Face to face questionnaires were applied to collect information about HIV knowledge and condom use among the interviewed FSWs.Results]Totally 280 FSWs were investigated from 2006 to 2008,there was no significant difference about demographic features between different years,the differences on 2 items of ＂preventive measures for transmission of HIV by sex＂ were significant between different years（χ2=7.527,P0.05;χ2=15.283,P0.05）,but there were no significant differences of condom use with the clients in the last 1 month and in the last sex trade.Conclusion]Although the awareness rate of HIV knowledge about sexual transmission increases annually among FSWs,due to their younger age,lower education and frequent mobility,the condom use rate per sex trade is low.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out more practical and effective HIV education and condom use promotion.
