12年收录全国医疗机构科技论文趋势分析

目的评估科技论文产出与医学科学发展的关系,进一步了解发展趋势。方法收集、分析中国科技信息研究所发布的1991-2002年度各项有效相关参数。结果科技论文产出的数、质量以大型综合性医院为主;以人才密集、经济发达的北京、上海、重庆、江苏、陕西、广东、湖北、四川等地区为主;基金资助课题以国家自然科学基金为主。结论每年发布科技论文数、质量排名,能积极推动医疗科研机构的学术活动和科研工作,是落实“科学技术是第一生产力”、“科技兴国”战略方针的具体措施之一。

Analysis on twelve years' trend of the science and technology papers released by medical institutions in China

Objective To evaluate the relationship between papers and the development of medical science, and to find out the trend. Methods The correlative parameters which were released during 1991 ?2002 by the Institute of Scientific & Technical Information of China were collected and analyzed. Results A great many of those papers of high quality were mainly produced in large general hospitals, and in the well-developed areas, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Jiangsu, Shanxi, Guangdong, Hubei, Sichuan, et al, where talents gather. Those papers were mainly supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). Conclusions Scientific research can be significantly improved when the medical organizations are ranked by their published articles' quantity and quality. This is one of the concrete steps to fulfill the strategic policy of "Science and technology is the first productivity and Thriving our state with science and technology".
