小儿睾丸附件扭转诊治分析

目的：讨论男童睾丸附件扭转的病因，早期诊断及治疗方法，方法：总结分析治疗６４例睾丸附件扭转和附睾附件扭转的诊断及治疗体会，结果６４例均急症手术，切除扭转坏死附件，疗效优于非手术治疗，结论：早期手术中很快解除疼痛，并有利于附睾和睾丸功能恢复。

The analysis of testicular appendix torsion in children

Objective: To discuss thc etiology primary diagnosis and treatment modality of tes-ticular and epididymis appendix torsion about male children. Methods: We generalized and analpoedthe diagnosis and treatment experience for 64 patients with testicular appendix torsion and cpididymisappendix torsion. Results: 64 Patients were all performed emergent operations that nccrobiosis ap-pendixes were resected, which was superior to nonoperative treatment. Conclusion: Earlier opera-tion can relieve pains unn and be helpful to recover the function of testicle and cpididymis.
