新生儿窒息原因及防治体会

目的探讨新生儿窒息的原因及相关因素,总结防治措施。方法回顾性分析2011年1月至2012年12月78例窒息新生儿临床资料。结果经抢救复苏,76例存活,2例死亡,死亡率为2.63%;新生儿窒息原因中脐带因素、产程异常、母体因素、胎膜早破及羊水污染。其中存在2种以上因素14例。结论加强围产期保健及产前监护,及时治疗胎膜早破、妊高征等新生儿窒息高危因素,果断剖宫产终止妊娠,及时处理异常产程,可降低新生儿窒息的发生率。

Causes and prevention of neonatal asphyxia

Objective To investigate the cause of neonatal asphyxia and related factors, summed up the prevention and control measures. Methods A retrospective analysis from January 2011 to December 2012, clinical data of 78 cases of asphyxia neonatorum. Results After resuscitation, 76 cases survived, 2 cases died, the mortality rate was 2.63%, neonatal asphyxia causes umbilical cord factors, abnormal labor, maternal factors, premature rupture of membrane and amniotic fluid contamination. There were more than 2 kinds of factors in 14 cases.Conclusion To strengthen perinatal care and prenatal care, timely treatment of premature rupture of membranes, such as pregnancy-induced hypertension risk factors of neonatal asphyxia, decisive cesarean section pregnancy termination, the timely processing of abnormal labor, can reduce the incidence of neonatal asphyxia.
