| 摘 要： | 目的 观察前列地尔脂微球制剂 (凯时 )治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 将82例急性脑梗死患者随机分为 2组 :其中凯时组 4 2例 ,应用凯时 10 μg静注每日 1次 ,疗程 15d。丹参组 4 0例 ,应用丹参 2 0mL静滴 1次 /d ,疗程 15d。结果 治疗后临床神经功能缺损评分 :凯时组 (8± 7)分 ,丹参组 (11± 6 )分 ;总有效率 :凯时组为 93% ,丹参组为 73%。两组治疗前后比较有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,组间比较P <0 .0 5有显著意义。结论 凯时治疗急性脑血管病具有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Alprostadil (Kaishi) on acute cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty-two patients with acute cerebra infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Forty-two patients in Kaishi group were given Alprostadil 10 μg intravenous drip once a day for 15 days. Forty patients in root of red-rooted salvia (Danshen) group were given Danshen 20 mL intravenous drop once a day for 15 days.Results The neurological function deficit scors (NFDSs) and total effective rate in Kaishi group after treatment were 8±7 and 93%. Those in Danshen group were 11±6 and 73%. Those before and after treatmnent and between the two groups were significant difference.Conclusion Kaishi is a more effective drug in treating acute cerebral infarction. |
