| 摘 要： | 本文应用细菌学检查及免疫组化学方法对51例流产的胎盘组织进行了组织病理学研究,发现细菌L型感染者的胎盘绒毛水肿、机化和滋养细胞退变明显。故认为细菌L型感染可能是导致流产的重要原因之一。应引起临床医务人员足够的重视。

| Abstract: | Histopathology of abortional placenta was studied with bacterialand immuno-histochemical staining in 51 cases. It was observed that the infection of bacterial L-forms could lead to the edema of villi with noted organization and retrogression of trophoblasts in villi. It seems that the infection, of bacterial L-forms is one of the most important causes contributing to abortion. |
