| 摘 要： | 目的探讨康复医疗对初治糖尿病康复的临床价值.方法采用康复程序方案治疗初治糖尿病260例,同时监测治疗前后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯、体重指数、格列本脲及胰岛素用量变化,并与对照组进行对比观察.结果康复组的各项指标均较康复医疗前明显改善,疗效优于对照组.结论康复程序医疗对初治糖尿病的康复有重要作用.

| Abstract: | Aim To determine the clinical effectiveness of rehabilitation treatment on patients with initially treated diabetes mellitus. Methods The rehabilitation programme measures were applied in 260 cases of rehabilitation treatment group. The indexes such as fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 hour blood glucose, glycosylated haemoglobins, cholesterol, triglyceride, body weight, agent of glibenclamide and insulin were examined in cases of rehabilitation treatment group before and after treatment in comparison with control group. Result All of the indexes in rehabilitation treatment group were obviously improved after treatment and showed more satisfactory results as compared with control group. Conclusion The program rehabilitation treatment played an important role in rehabilitation of patients with initially treated disbetes mellitus. |
