| 摘 要： | 为探讨突发性聋的发病机制，测定和比较了２４例突发性聋病人治疗前后的血浆内皮素 １（ＥＴ １）和降钙素基因相关肽（ＣＧＲＰ）含量的变化。发现：治疗有效组治疗前血浆ＥＴ １水平明显高于治疗后（Ｐ＜０．０５），而ＣＧＲＰ水平则明显低于治疗后（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示：ＥＴ １升高和ＣＧＲＰ降低可能是突发性耳聋的发病因素之一。

| Abstract: | n order to study the pathogenic mechanism of sudden deafness, the authors investigated and compared the plasma concentrations of ET 1 and CGRP in 24 cases of sudden deafness patients pre and post treatment. The result showsed: In the group in which hearing was clearly improved the concentration of ET 1 were significantly higher pre treatment than post treatment and the concentration of CGRP were much lower pre treatment than post treatment. The result indicated that high plasma concentration of ET 1 and low concentration of CGRP may act as the pathogenic factors predisposing occurrence of sudden deafness. |
