摘    要:为探讨突发性聋的发病机制,测定和比较了24例突发性聋病人治疗前后的血浆内皮素 1(ET 1)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量的变化。发现:治疗有效组治疗前血浆ET 1水平明显高于治疗后(P<0.05),而CGRP水平则明显低于治疗后(P<0.01)。提示:ET 1升高和CGRP降低可能是突发性耳聋的发病因素之一。

Abstract:n order to study the pathogenic mechanism of sudden deafness, the authors investigated and compared the plasma concentrations of ET 1 and CGRP in 24 cases of sudden deafness patients pre and post treatment. The result showsed: In the group in which hearing was clearly improved the concentration of ET 1 were significantly higher pre treatment than post treatment and the concentration of CGRP were much lower pre treatment than post treatment. The result indicated that high plasma concentration of ET 1 and low concentration of CGRP may act as the pathogenic factors predisposing occurrence of sudden deafness.
