血管紧张素转换酶基因多态性与不同性别慢性心力衰竭患者发病的相关性研究

目的探讨我国南方汉族人群中,血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因多态性与不同性别慢性心力衰竭(CHF)发病的关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应技术测定82例男性和48例女性CHF患者(试验组),以及89名男性和41名女性健康者(对照组)的ACE基因插入/缺失(I/D)多态性,并进行统计学比较。结果共检测出3种ACE基因型,分别为II型、ID型和DD型。试验组患者DD基因型及D等位基因均高于同性别对照组;与非DD型者相比,男性DD型者发生CHF的相对风险率为1.918;女性DD型者发生CHF的相对风险率为2.727。结论ACE基因I/D多态性与中国南方汉族人群不同性别CHF的发生均相关,D等位基因可能是该地区CHF发病的遗传危险因素。与男性相比,DD基因型女性罹患CHF的可能性更大。

Sex difference of the association of angiotensin-converting enzyme gene polymorphism with chronic heart failure

Objective To investigate the relationship between angiotensin-converting enzyme(ACE) gene insertion/deletion(I/D) polymorphism and the onset of chronic heart failure(CHF) on South Han Chinese population of different gender. Methods Polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the I/D polymorphism of ACE gene in 82 male and 48 female CHF (experimental group),accmopanied with 89 male and 41 female healthy controls. Results Three kinds of ACE genotypes were detected which were II,ID and DD genotype seperately. The frequencis of DD genotpye and D allele of male and female were higher in cases than in their corresponding controls respectively.The odds ratio(OR) with CHF of DD genotype was 1.918 compared with non-DD genotypes in male group,and in female group,the OR of DD genotype was increased to 2.727. Conclusion The I/D polymorphism of ACE gene are both associated with the occurrence of CHF in South Han Chinese population of male and female,and D allele might be one of the genetic risk factors of CHF.Compared with male,female with DD genotpye seems to have more risk of CHF.
