临床技能教学平台的规划与建设

复旦大学上海医学院临床技能学习中心的建设，为临床医学各学科提供了教学平台，为医学生提供了临床技能实践操作机会。中心建立了临床技能教学平台，引入先进的临床教学模型和电子模拟人系统，对医学生进行各种临床技能培训，形成并完善了客观的评价体系，为改善临床教学和技能实践提供了可能的场所与硬件支持。目前，临床技能教学平台已经完成了初步建设并制定了进一步的发展规划。

Programming and construction of clinical skills learning center

Clinical medicine is a practical subject.The defect of traditional teaching method of clinical medicine is lack of practice.Therefore,teaching reform should necessarily be performed.It is very important to create high quality training conditions for the learners or medical students to mold basic knowledge into practical and technical skills.This is why a clinical skills learning center(CSLC)is to be established in Shanghai Medical College,Fudan University.From the ethical point of view,it is also urgent and primary to spread simulating learning in order to guarantee the medical students and pre-licensure learners in medical colleges to have more chances to practice clinical skills.The CSLC will also provide medical students and health care practitioners with opportunities to accept regular vocational simulation trainings.CSLC in Shanghai Medical College had primary construction and further programming.
