颅脑复合伤的救治(附45例报告)

目的　总结颅脑复合伤的临床特点和治疗经验。方法　回顾性分析我院8年来救治4 5例颅脑复合伤病人的临床资料,加以总结,提出救治时的注意事项。结果　4 5例患者中,死亡11例,死亡率2 0 .4 %。死亡原因:休克(创伤、失血) 3例,脑水肿脑疝形成7例,窒息1例,其余34例均临床痊愈。结论　颅脑复合伤病人早期因昏迷诊断较为困难,对有休克症状的患者要及时抗休克治疗,去除休克原因,对有开颅指征的同时准备开颅手术。

Treatment of craniocerebral compound injury(45 case reports attached)

Objective To sum up th e clinical features and therapeutic expe rience of craniocerebral compound injury .Methods The clinical data of the 45 cases of craniocerebral compound inju ry our hospital has treated in recent 8 y ears were retrospectively analyzed and s ummed up and some therapeutic advice and precautions were advanced.Results There were 11 deaths among the 45 cases with a death rate of 20.4%.The causes o f death were respectively 3 cases of sho ck(trauma of blood loss),7 cases of form ation of cerebral edema and hernia and o ne case of suffocation.All the other cas es were clinically recovered.Conclusi on Early diagnosis of craniocerebral compound injury is rendered unable becau se of coma.So for sufferers with symptom of shock,an anti-shock treatment is nec essary.For those who show indication of opening the skull,the craniotomy should be prepared.
