拉玛泽呼吸法在初产妇产程中的应用和效果

目的探讨拉玛泽(Lamaze)呼吸法在产程中的效果。方法随机选择121例孕期门诊宣教中学习拉玛泽呼吸法的初产妇为训练组,同期120例孕期门诊宣教中未经拉玛泽呼吸法训练的初产妇为对照组。分别对分娩方式、产程时间、分娩时疼痛的耐受程度、新生儿窒息及产后出血的发生率进行比较。结果训练组自然分娩率高于对照组(P0.01),第1产程、第2产程时间比对照组短(P0.01),孕妇对疼痛耐受程度增加(P0.01),新生儿窒息及产后出血发生率减少(P0.05)。结论拉玛泽呼吸法镇痛效果显著,能缩短产程,降低剖宫产率,减少新生儿窒息及产后出血的发生率。

Application and Effects of Lamaze Breath on Delivery of Primiparous Parturients
